Extremely professional and well equipped with the most market knowledge
This team is definitely the team to chose when purchasing real estate on the Crystal Coast. They have so much market knowledge and gave us every option we could look at. They were attentive to our every request, and responded very quickly to all questions. We had to do so much remotely, but they did not let that slow us down. I’ve worked with many real estate agents and I was impressed how this team would handle so much for me, letting me focus on my full time job.

Trust and Confidence on a Cross-Country Relocation
Our family of four and four dogs were looking to move from California to the east coast. When we narrowed our search to the Crystal Coast I contacted the Selling Team of Llew and Elaine. Immediately after my first conversation with Elaine I knew I had found someone who knew the area very well through years of real estate experience and community involvement. Elaine provided options for Loan pre-approval and we completed that in advance. Elaine was patient and supportive - with weekly informative calls -as our long distance property review process unfolded. During the process, I flew cross country for a driving tour with Elaine to look at properties on the market that seemed like a fit. Weeks after that trip we decided on one Elaine had showed us - an economical waterfront property in a good school district. Elaine helped us structure the proposal to meet our extended needs to downsize and sell our CA home of 18 years. When we put our very desirable home on the market in CA for a 'quick sale,' the timing was unfortunate as the market slumped and price reductions were necessary. Elaine, and Tammy maintained the support we needed on our home purchase in NC by orchestrating home inspections, bids for repairs, land survey, insurance estimates and pier permits. Elaine developed and negotiated several options with the selling agent that would accommodate the uncertainty of our unsettled CA home sale. With the trust and confidence we had in the Selling Team of Llew and Elaine we packed up and drove across the country to North Carolina in order to start school in late August. Long story short, we are in our new home now and we are still asking Elaine for information and referrals. We are very satisfied with the process and the value of the final transaction. Elaine is a consummate professional, someone you can trust and someone you will want to continue to know. We are truly blessed to have found The Selling Team Llew and Elaine and are forever grateful!

From our first encounter with Elaine and Tammy, we knew that we were in great hands. Their deep knowledge of the market based on many years not only as real estate agents, but also as residents of the area, and their patience and calm demeanor with us as first time buyers in this market went a long way in making us feel good about our home purchase, which was done almost completely from out of state.
